My professional journey

I am a senior communication major with a minor in public relations, passionate about using strategic communication to create meaningful impact. My experience includes working with nonprofit organizations, developing PR campaigns, writing grants, and producing media content that connects with diverse audiences. Through both academic training and hands-on experience, I have built strong skills in media relations, strategic planning, and audience engagement.

I believe that public relations is always bigger than the individual—it is about purpose, community, and impact. This mindset drives my commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices and building relationships that create lasting change. As an aspiring nonprofit PR professional and sports media specialist, I aim to use communication as a tool to inform, inspire, and advocate while making a difference beyond myself.

The release focuses on the mission and efforts of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, an organization dedicated to supporting the growth and development of Black-owned businesses through advocacy, education, and economic opportunities.
